Two easy ways to get more from every order: points you earn and spend, and automatic deliveries of the things you buy again and again.

Earn points when you shop and spend them on your next order.
Earn
Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on products. Points are worked out on what you pay after discounts, and not on shipping.
Redeem
Every 100 points is worth $1 off. You need at least 100 points to redeem, and you do it in your cart before you pay.
Level up
The more you earn, the higher your tier, and higher tiers earn points faster. Everyone starts at Bronze.

An example
A $50 order earns 50 points at Bronze, 62 at Silver and 75 at Gold.
500 points are worth $5.00 off an order.
Good to know
- You earn points when you are signed in. Sign in before you check out.
- Points are added to your account once your order is paid.
- Ordered as a guest? Create an account with the same email address and the points for those orders are added.
- Your tier depends on the total points you have earned over time.
- A points discount never takes an order below $0. If you enter more points than your cart is worth, only the points it needs are used.
- If an order is cancelled, the points it earned are taken back.
- See your balance, tier and every points movement under Account, then Loyalty.

Look for the Subscribe & Save box on a product page. You need to be signed in, and the product has to be in stock.

Pick how often you want it and how many. The price shown is already 10% off the normal price.

On each delivery date we place the order and charge your saved card automatically, then email you.

Pause, resume or cancel any time, under Account, then Subscriptions.

Good to know
- Each delivery is a normal order. It appears in your order history with its own tracking.
- Your account shows the date of your next delivery.
- If a payment does not go through, we email you.
- If a product stops being available, we pause that subscription.
- You can cancel whenever you like. There is nothing to wait out.
Questions, answered
Do I need an account?
Yes. Points are added to your account and subscriptions are managed from it. You can still shop as a guest, but you will not earn points until you sign in.
Where do I use my points?
In your cart. If you have enough points, you will see where to redeem them before you check out.
How do I see my points and tier?
Under Account, then Loyalty. It shows your balance, your tier, how far you are from the next one, and a full history.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, at any time, under Account, then Subscriptions. You can also pause it and resume it later.
Where will my subscription order show up?
In your orders, like any other order, and we email you each time one is placed.
